The Town of Madawaska is seeking qualified vendors to provide, install, and configure a complete CCTV Security Camera System at the Madawaska Safety Complex. Bid Specifications may be obtained from the Town Manager at the Madawaska Town Office. All proposals must be sealed, clearly marked as "Security Camera Bid Proposal," and mailed or hand-delivered to the Town of Madawaska. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. System Requirements 3.1 NVR (Network Video Recorder) Minimum Requirements o Operating Platform: Motorola Avigilon o 50TB dedicated drive space for video storage o Unifi networking switching/equipment to support all cameras and networking needs provided that the current network equipment does not meet installer's requirements/specifications. o UPS battery & surge protection at each network site o Lockable network enclosure at each network site 3.2 Camera Requirements o All cameras must meet or exceed the following specifications: o Turret style housing o 4 Megapixel resolution minimum o IP-based with Power over Ethernet (PoE) capability o NDAA compliant for federal security standards 3.3 Camera Locations Outdoor Cameras: 1.
