The Town of Madawaska Fire Department is soliciting bids for one generator to power the Town's Emergency Shelter at the Madawaska Elementary School. Bids must include a 200 kW generator, delivery to the site, crane service for installation, connection of the generator to the automatic transfer switch and to the building, commissioning of the generator, a resistive load bank test, and other supplies. The awarded bidder will be responsible for supplying the generator, delivery, installation and commissioning of the generator, integration with existing electrical systems including the automatic transfer switch, testing, training and handover, and providing warranty and maintenance support. Sealed bids must be marked "Town of Madawaska Fire Department Generator Bid." The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
