Project 28234.00 is located in Fort Fairfield on Route 1A beginning 0.16 of a mile North of Upcountry Road and extending North 3.30 miles to Presque Isle Road. Project 28236.00 is located in Presque Isle; Airport Drive beginning at Skyway Street and extending South 1.00 mile to Central Drive; Skyway Street beginning at State Road and extending West 1.12 miles to Airport Drive; 0.48 of a mile on Route 227 and 0.07 of a mile on Route 227W.
