**As of April 24, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** The Town of Millinocket is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to update the exterior siding and signage at the commercial property located at 97 Penobscot Ave. Millinocket, ME 04462 as part of the Town's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Facade Project. The successful bidder will provide services, including but not limited to: o Removal and disposal of existing exterior siding o Installation of a new, weather-resistant exterior siding o Design, fabrication, and installation of new signage o Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations o Obtaining all necessary permits before work begins *Contractors are encouraged to speak with the property owners directly about the full project scope*.
