Highway, street, and bridge construction services to be performed under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity arrangement. Work may include gravel or natural surface roadway and trail rehabilitation, asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete pavement construction, asphalt concrete milling, pavement markings, embankment construction and repairs, debris removal, pipe and box culvert repair or replacement, riprap placement, sign installation, construction of mechanically stabilized earth walls, and bridge and structure repairs such as joint replacements, concrete deck repairs, abutment, pier, and wingwall repairs or replacements, as well as smaller bridge replacements. Task orders may also include associated design services or design-build services. Individual task orders are anticipated to range from $50,000 to $3,000,000, with a shared ceiling value of $60,000,000 across all contract holders. The seed project associated with this MATOC includes rehabilitation of Trolley Bed Road (Route 404) and Haul Road (Route 405), consisting of embankment construction, aggregate base and surface courses, asphalt concrete pavement, removal and installation of pipe culverts and stone masonry headwalls, riprap placement, and related miscellaneous work. Location: Northeast Region of the United States, including but not limited to Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Seed project located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
