The Town of Naples is accepting Fixed Price bids for the supply of labor and materials to seal the interior and exterior foundation walls of the Naples Sand/Salt Building located in the rear of 1100 Roosevelt Trail. Description of the Work :Completely seal the exposed exterior walls to excavated ground level and interior walls to the flourescent orange fill line. All excavation work to the exterior walls will be performed by the Towns Maintenance staff prior to the contractor commencing the sealing work. The Naples Sand/Salt Building is 80 feet wide and 150 feet long and is located behind the Naples Fire Station at 1100 Roosevelt Trail, Naples, Maine 04055. Bids must include a total cost price to include all materials and labor. .After examining the bid submissions, the bids will be forwarded to the Select Board for potential award. Withdrawn or Revision of Bids :A bidder may withdraw or revise a bid after the Town has received it, provided the request is made in writing before the submission deadline. Rejection of Proposals, Waiver of Formailities: Be advised, the Town of Naples reserves the right to reject any or all bids in the best interest of the Town without absorbing any liability against the Town.
