Renovation of a municipal facility in New Gloucester, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of New Gloucester is requesting bids to perform repairs to the Transfer Station concrete blocks in the walls. Bids must be submitted on the mandatory bid form available at the Town Office, by email, or on the town's website. All bids must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope marked "Transfer Station Concrete Block Work and Repairs" to the Town Manager. The Town of New Gloucester reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Contractors may reach out to Jeff Pratt, Transfer Station Director, with any questions on the specifications or to set up a time to view the building. He may be reached at (207) 926-3145, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am - 2pm, and Saturday 9am - 5pm. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
