Site work for a water / sewer project in Norridgewock, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 3,400 linear feet of water main to replace the old water main on Upper Main Street in Norridgewock, Maine. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. The Owner would like work from Station 0+00 to 23+80 completed in 2024, which includes 1,900 feet across a field. Owner will then authorize a winter shutdown for completion of all other work in 2025. A certified check or bank draft payable to the OWNER or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner Question Deadline 11/08/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
