The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 56'x72' (4,032 s.f.) fire station in North Anson, Maine. Bids are requested for the following Contract: North Anson Fire Station Project The Owner expects the building to be dried in by Dec. 31, 2023 and completed by June 30, 2024. The Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Payment and Performance Bonds will need to be provided at Contract Signing as described in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. Instructions to Bidders. The following waivers apply to this Contract: De Minimis, Minor Components, Pig iron and direct reduced iron, and [add project specific waivers as applicable].
