The Town of Northport is accepting bids from a qualified civil engineering firm to provide assessment, survey, civil engineering, landscape design, and permitting work needed to stabilize banks and limit erosion at critical public sites on the shoreline in Northport and Bayside in accordance with the scope of services outlined in the request for proposals (RFP). The Select Board reserves the right to waive informalities and technicalities; to accept or reject any part of, or all of each bid proposal; to negotiate a revised Scope of Services and/or fee, and to accept a proposal which the Town, in its sole, exclusive judgment, deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
