Maine Federal Aid Project No. 2234400, WIN 022344.00 Location: In Penobscot County, project is located on Kelly Road over Interstate 95 approximately 0.61 of a mile southeasterly of Stillwater Avenue. Scope of Work: Kelly Road bridge deck replacement plus other incidental work. The lowest responsive bidder must have completed, or successfully complete, a bridge, or project specific prequalification to be considered for the award of this contract.
