Town Of Perham Winter Snow Removal and Sanding The Town of Perham invites bids from qualified contractors to provide snow removal and sanding of Town Roads. This is a (1) year contract with an option for the Selectboard to extend the contract for additional years in (1) year increments. Bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the Town. Complete bid packets are available from the Town of Perham. Bids will be opened at the next Selectboard meeting after bid closing time and reviewed. The Selectboard reserves the right to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Length of public ways for snow removal 22.6 Miles.
