This is a per pound contract. A representative from the Town of Poland will accompany sealing contractor to verify beginning and ending levels in tank each day and any product added during the day. All mobilization, crack cleaning, traffic control and all other incidentals shall be includer in the per pound price. Please estimate the total pounds of crack sealer for each road separately, as the scope of work will depend on available funding. In order for the bid to be deemed complete, please indicate: 1) The full and complete method that your company uses to clean and prepare the cracks. 2) The material you use to fill the cracks. 3) Your warranty on said workmanship and materials. 4) Estimated quantities of product to be used to conduct the scope of work listed herein.
