Location: In the towns of Porter, Parsonsfield, Cornish, and Baldwin in Oxford, York, and Cumberland Counties Route 25 (Porter to Cornish), beginning at the Maine-NH state line (Mile 42.39) and extending in an easterly direction to the junction of Route 5 in Cornish (Mile 31.92), for an approximate length of 10.47 centerline miles (20.98 lane miles). Route 5, beginning at the junction of Route 25 (Mile 38.55) and extending in a northeasterly direction to the junction of Route 113 in Baldwin (Mile 40.59) for an approximate length of 2.04 centerline miles (4.08 lane miles). Route 113, beginning at the junction of Route 5/117 (Mile 12.03) and extending in a northwesterly direction to the Hiram town line (Mile 15.57) for an approximate length of 3.54 centerline miles (7.08 lane miles). Total contract mileage is approximately 16.05 centerline miles (32.14 lane miles). Outline of Work: Snow plowing and ice control The initial term of this contract is for three (3) years, beginning October 15, 2023 and ending May 1, 2026. The contract term may be extended on an annual basis for up to five (5) additional years upon mutual agreement between MaineDOT and the contractor.
