The objective of this project is to upgrade the Portland International Marine Terminal by reconstructing a portion of the existing pavement and installing a new storm drain network within the limit of work within the eastern portion of the International Marine Terminal as shown on the contract plans. The work includes the removal of the existing pavement to allow for the installation of additional catch basins, storm drains, removal and installation of guardrail, 8' tall chain link security fence, and installation of biaxial reinforcement geogrid within pavement profile, full depth reconstruction of the yard, and other miscellaneous and incidental items. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
