The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing roof surfacing, PT blocking, metal flashings, insulation, and metal coping/fascia for approximately 57,000 square feet of roof surface. A new adhered 0.060 EPDM over mechanically fastened 1 1/2 " of composite insulation/cover board will be returned to the roof deck, sidewall masonry raking/repointing as well as vertical membrane applications are included. Metal coping and edge metal fascia are planned for throughout. Partial wood roof system structure upgrades from within attic cavity space. In the event of inclement weather, if Portland Schools and/or City operations have been cancelled, any scheduled pre-bid meetings will be cancelled as well.
