Renovation of a municipal facility in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCADA System Upgrades Project Location: Work is generally located at various locations throughout the City. Outline of Work: The Project includes, but, is not limited to the following items: A. SCADA control panel equipment and factory acceptance testing B. Storage and delivery of control panels to Project Site C. Work by fabricator o SCADA equipment procurement and fabrication and factory acceptance testing o SCADA equipment storage & delivery o SCADA equipment O&M materials and as-built record drawings D. Demolition of existing SCADA equipment E. New SCADA equipment installation F. Instrumentation procurement & installation G. Commissioning and cut-over H. Provision of spares Pre-bid Meeting: There will be no pre-bid meeting for this Project. The Contractor shall make note of the schedule and sequence requirements presented in the Bidding Documents. The City intends to start this Project as soon as possible after the Bid is awarded. All Work must be substantially completed by January 1, 2024 and the entire Project ready for Owner acceptance by March 1, 2024. Submit a proposed schedule as indicated in the Bid Form. All questions shall be directed in writing ONLY to the Purchasing Office, being received at least five business days prior to the Bid opening date.
