As of February 2022 this project is under construction. The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The University of Southern Maine (USM), located in Portland, Maine, desires to procure Construction Management at Risk (CM) services from individual firms or teams for the USM-Structured Parking Project. The Project consists of the construction of a new multi-level parking facility. This facility must be operational and is a condition of approval associated with the USM's Portland Campus Career & Student Success Center and Residence Hall project. These associated projects are currently underway and are scheduled for substantial completion in April 2023 and Full Occupancy / Final Completion in May 2023. Contact Person.
