Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Work includes: a. Reconditioning doors and frames, grind all rust, fill voids, prime and paint, remove and replace all hardware where indicated on plans. b. New doors and frames and hardware where indicated on plans. c. Shims and masonry work as required. d. Fasteners and miscellaneous work required for complete installation. e. Installation of professionally manufactured signage, "Stairway Closed Please Use Alternative Exits " on all levels. Signage to be aluminum with reflective lettering (30" x 30") mounted on sign stand and placed in locations approved by Jetport. Install barricades to block access to stairways on all levels. Barricades must be sufficient to prevent hand movement of barricades at doorways. . Depending on City of Portland and requirement, face masks may be required to be worn for the entire meeting. Only those firms represented at this meeting may bid on the project. Work shall be completed no later than June 2, 2023
