Cumberland County is Requesting Proposals for Team Boxes Renovations At the Cross Insurance Arena, 1 Civic Center Square, Portland, Me 04101. the Work Includes but is Not Limited to Selective Demolition, Cast in Place Concrete, Miscellaneous Metals, Stainless Steel Tensioned Cable Guards and Painting. The Cumberland County Commissioners Reserve the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids and, at Their Discretion, to Waive All Formalities Eligible bidders must obtain a bid package that contains bid forms and complete project specifications via email from francoeur@cumberlandcounty.org The Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, cast in place concrete, miscellaneous metals, stainless steel tensioned cable guards and painting Work on-site timing shall be coordinated with the Owner. 1. There will be scheduled days when the arena is open to the public for events. 2. On-site work will not be allowed on these days. 3. For the time period when the GC is not working on site, the field conditions in all areas shall be left broom clean, with barriers in place to prevent public access. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts.
