Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS or FedEx to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Late bids shall not be accepted. Outline of Work: Removal and replacement of existing Revolving Door at the Portland Jetport Terminal Building next to baggage claim per the contract drawings and specifications and as required for a complete replacement ready for owner acceptance including general conditions and pedestrian traffic control and all general conditions. The City of Portland intends to hire a General Contractor (hereafter Contractor) to work with the revolving door provider and installer to provide a complete revolving door replacement ready for owner acceptance. This work includes but is not limited to removals, temporary conditions, preparing rough opening, electrical, floor tiling, trim metal, acoustical ceiling tile, repairs to walk-off-mats, maintaining the site during construction, and all other work described in the summary of work and contract documents. Bid bonds are not required for this project
