Description

Remodeling of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the remodel of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The scope of work includes preparation of the existing floor to accept new LVT and the removal and replacement of the existing cove base. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at The Barron Center. Bids must be submitted electronically to the specified email, or delivered in person or by mail to the designated address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure timely submission. Copies of the proposal form and plans must be obtained from the City. All questions shall be directed in writing ONLY to the Purchasing Office, Room 103, City Hall, 389 Congress Street, Portland, ME 04101 and be received (FAX 207-874-8652, or email krc@portlandmaine.gov .
