RFP Engineering - Passenger Boarding Bridge for the Portland International Jetport. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in proposals, to accept any proposal, and, to reject any and all proposals, should it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so. The City reserves the right to substantiate proposer's qualifications, capability to perform, availability, past performance record and to verify that the proposer is current in its obligations to the City. SCOPE OF WORK The City reserves the right at its discretion, to solicit for and obtain consulting services and to assign projects as it sees fit at any time in the future without regard to any procurement action resulting from this request. The services for this selection will cover the design, engineering, planning, and construction administration services related to the replacement and installation of passenger boarding bridges and associated systems (ground power, pre-conditioned air, baggage lifts/slides, fixed bridge extensions, electrical service, etc.) at the Portland International Jetport. The Portland International Jetport. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
