Renovation of a municipal facility in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: Remove and legally dispose of all existing layers of roofing materials down to the wood deck within the limits of work, install new roof blocking, tapered and flat insulation, cover board, 60 mil EPDM, edge metals, metal siding at perimeter and roof drains. Location- 212 Canco Rd Portland, Maine *Email attachments must not exceed 25MB total; you will receive a confirmation email from bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov if your submission is successful. Q/A- All questions shall be directed in writing ONLY to the Purchasing Office at the above address and be received at least five business days prior to the bid opening date (FAX 207-874-8652), or email pfitzgerald@portlandmaine.gov . Responses from the City that substantially alter this bid will be issued in the form of a written addendum to all bid holders registered in the Purchasing Office. Oral explanations or interpretations given before the award of the contract will not be binding.
