The City of Portland is accepting proposals from qualified sources to provide Design/Build Services for the Wayfinding Signage System at Riverton Trolley Park, located at 822 Riverside Street, at the intersection of Riverside Street and Forest Avenue. Proposers are encouraged to submit their proposals electronically by emailing their proposal to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Proposer, Contract Name and RFP number in the subject line. Proposers may also submit proposals in person by delivering to City Hall, proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS or FedEx to the mailing address above. Late, unsigned bids or faxed bids shall not be accepted. All proposals shall remain open to acceptance for ninety (90) days from their opening. This project is funded, in part, with a grant from the State of Maine, Bureau of Parks & Lands through the U.S. Department of the Interior Land and Water Conservation Fund. With this funding, this project is subject to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. Copies of this RFP may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office by phone (207) 874-8654 or e-mail JRL@portlandmaine.gov. Each prospective proposer will be required to obtain from the City each copy of the RFP document. All questions shall be made in writing only, can be hand delivered, mailed to the Purchasing Office, faxed to 207-874-8652 or e-mailed to krc@portlandmaine.gov, being received no later than five working days prior to the scheduled proposal due date.
