The work consists of replacing a washed out culvert with a new 21’-0” clear span culvert on concrete footings, removal of the old culvert, roadwork, guardrail, and other incidental work. Sealed bids from qualified contractors are required, and bids must be submitted on official forms. Each bid must include a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must register with Calderwood Engineering to be eligible. Plans, specifications, and bid forms are available electronically or by paid hard copy.
