The purpose of this request for proposals and its scope of work is to identify ways to improve the safety and accessibility of active and public transportation while maintaining necessary and adequate flow of vehicular traffic safety along three streets in Rockland's South End - Pleasant Street, from Main Street to Broadway; Broadway, from Pleasant Street to Thomaston Street; and Thomaston Street, from Broadway to Main Street. The contractor selected by the City shall provide all materials and labor, and do all things reasonably necessary, to perform the services and achieve the outcomes identified in Schedule A - Scope of Work (the "Work").
