The City of Rockland is soliciting qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk services related to the construction of a new pre-engineered steel building and the associated utility and sitework for their Public Works operation. The City of Rockland is soliciting qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk services related to the construction of a new pre-engineered steel building and the associated utility and sitework for their Public Works operation. Schematic site plans and architectural floor plans are available for more information. The Construction Manager (CM) responsibilities will include providing pre-construction services prior to commencement of construction; bidding of documents provided by Gartley & Dorsky Engineering & Surveying, Chuck Campbell Architect, Bennett Engineering, Summit Geoengineering Services and their subcontracted design providers; full construction services; testing, startup, and close out of the project. Construction October 2025 Selection of the CM is scheduled to be completed by April 18, 2025
