The Construction Manager (CM) responsibilities will include providing pre-construction services prior to commencement of construction; bidding of documents provided by Gartley & Dorsky Engineering & Surveying, Chuck Campbell Architect, Bennett Engineering, Summit Geoengineering Services and their subcontracted design providers; full construction services; testing, startup, and close out of the project. Construction October 2025 Selection of the CM is scheduled to be completed by April 18, 2025
