Renovation of a water / sewer project in Rockland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The proposal is being requested for the coating of two RPCF's Primary Clarifiers. The location is at the Rockland Pollution Control Facility at 40 Tillson Ave., Rockland, ME. 1. Specifics: a. Prepare surfaces. Power wash the interior concrete walls, floor, and all steel work to remove all loose and failing rust paint and dirt. b. Power jet blast the steel to an SP10. Including the rake arm, center well, center well components, scum trough, underneath the walkway/bridge, and any ferrous metal parts. c. Coat surfaces. Apply at least two coats of SW Sher Tar to the steel at 6-8 mils dft per coat. d. Clean-up during and after project is completed. 2. Two primary clarifiers 3. Diameter: 45 ft. each 4. Inner diameter center column - 1'-11" 5. Larger diameter drum (doesn't go all the way to the floor) 12' D, 6'H 6. Double bridge 7. The rake is about 5" from the bottom and it is approximately 3' tall. 8. Both clarifiers are covered Questions will be submitted/answered only by e-mail.
