Renovation of a mixed-use development in Scarborough, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The new Primary School is part of a strategic plan for our K-8 schools, to solve facilities inadequacies and inefficiencies by reorganizing grade levels and aligning our student populations. The new school will provide educational equity, operational efficiency, flexibility, safety & security, and accommodate both current enrollment and anticipated population growth while creating appropriate environments for 21st century teaching and learning methods The project is include in the City's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
