No definite date for the rebid.** RSU 54 / MSAD 54 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) RSU/MSAD 54 is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for indoor air quality improvement projects at Skowhegan Area High School and the Marti Stevens Learning Center at Bloomfield School, which also house programs of the Somerset Career & Technical Center. The projects are intended to improve HVAC, ventilation, and related systems in alignment with Maine Department of Education's School Revolving Renovation Fund (SRRF) priorities. Interested firms should submit qualifications including relevant experience, staff, approach, and compliance capabilities. Evaluation will be based on experience, technical approach, SRRF familiarity, ability to meet schedules, and references. RSU/MSAD 54 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions, waive minor irregularities, and negotiate with respondents.
