Protection of existing or proposed improvements, and restoration of any staging or access areas damaged by the Work upon completion. 4. Installation of Tennis Courts, including all site preparation, earthwork, surfacing and site improvements as described in the Project Documents. 5. Cleanup and restoration of all areas disturbed by the construction activity.
