Renovation of a municipal facility in South Paris, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Exterior Building Masonry Faade restoration, repair, and cleaning of all building Facades. Exterior soffit and dormer wood surface repair and paint with minimal section length replacement. All Painted surfaces with the exception of the A and B building window Brick moldings contain lead based paint this includes the railings on the C building South entry roof. Proper removal is part of this project Roof valley, hip and ridge cap copper replacement. EPDM membrane section replacement along 2 low slope roof edges with the introduction of 2 scupper/open faced downspout systems provided along each roof edge. Will require sloped Polyisocyanurate cricket installation and parapet construction. New EPDM roofing and flashing on the C building South entry roof The roofing material on the south entry roof tested positive for asbestos content. Abatement is part of this project Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The cost of the work is approximately $400,000. The work to be performed under this contract shall be completed on or before November 15, 2017. The bid shall be submitted on the Contractor Bid Form (section 00 41 13) provided in the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as may best serve the interest of the Owner. Filed Sub-bids are not required on this project, There are no Pre-qualified General Contractors on this project.
