Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Standish, Maine. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The project consists of A pre-engineered metal building that will be erected for use as storage for MSAD 6. The pre-engineered metal building will need to provide engineered stamped drawings as part of their package. A well and septic system will be installed. The 18,000-gallon propane tank, the lines from the tank to the dispenser, the dispenser, the pad the tank sits on, and the pad the dispenser sits on will be done by others. Contractor will need to provide trenching for the work to be done by others' lines and the fill once they place their lines.
