Renovation of a mixed-use development in Thorndike, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the cooling tower project at Mount View Complex in Thorndike, Maine. This project is federally funded and all applicable requirements for a school must be adhered to. The project involves the replacement of the cooling tower with a new tower, including the installation of a stainless steel lower collection basin. Other work includes the disconnection of cooling tower piping and electrical, provision of a new replacement cooling tower, removal and disposal of the existing cooling tower, reconnection of power and supply/return piping, and start-up operation and performance testing. Bidders must include a detailed list of all proposed costs, timelines, proof of insurance, licensing information, and confirmation of compliance with the Davis Bacon Act. Bids should include a detailed plan for how the work will be completed. Contact information for the bidder should also be provided. The project completion date is August 30th, 2023.
