Winter Road Maintenance the Municipal Officers of the Town of Troy, Maine, Acting on the Authority and on Behalf of the Town, Hereby Invite Bids From Qualified Persons to Provide a 3-year Contract for Winter Roads Maintenance to Include the Following: Snow Removal and Sanding 36 Miles of Town and State Aid Roads, the Fire Department and Town Office for the Snow Season Commencing 2023. This Contract Also Includes Putting Up of the Sand/salt Pile (2,000 Yards of Sand, More Maybe Required). Salt is Supplied by the Town. The Rfp, Including the Required Bid Form, Are Available Upon Request From the Troy Town Office. Contractors Must Furnish Their Own Workers Compensation, Liability Insurance and Bond. The Municipal Officers Reserve the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids and Also Reserve the Right to Waive Any Informality or Irregularity in Any Bid Received.
