Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Weston, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project Completion Shall Be No Later Than June 30, 2024. The Town of Weston Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Proposals. This Project Has Not Yet Been Funded. All work to be performed using design plans from Haley-Ward and with additional input from Town on areas not covered in the design. Grade and level in preparation for 12' wide paved access road. Build and pave 12' access road. Provide and Install a pre-cast concrete boat ramp as per specs. Install a concrete abutment as per design. Place rip-rap per design. Provide and install 2 wooden floats as per design. Provide and install privacy fence per design and Town specs. Loam and seed as per design.
