The contractor must furnish all necessary equipment and provide certificates of liability/property damage insurance coverage in the amount of $500,000 and worker's compensation insurance coverage. Contract specifications are available by contacting the Town Office. The successful bidder must submit all certificates of insurance and meet performance guarantee requirements within fifteen days of bid award. Sealed bids should be submitted to the Town of Weston, clearly marked on the outside envelope: "Cemetery and Public Lands Mowing." The Selectmen reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
