Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Van Buren, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The owners of the building seek qualified vendors to provide individual bids for the following services to the Main Street Facade: Window replacement: Replace eight street-facing windows - with six windows consistent with provided designs. Door replacement: Replace two street-facing doors consistent with provided designs. Siding Replacement: Replace all siding on three walls visible from Main Street consistent with provided designs. Awning Replacement: Replace awning with box-style awning consistent with provided designs. This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply for this project. Questions regarding this project can also be directed to Mr. Dyer. The Town of Van Buren reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
