The base award square footage is 15' x 1250' and then additional compacting of 4' x 1250'. The First Option removal and installing the asphalt in an area of 17' x 1000' & 25'x 250 feet for a total of 1250feet. The Second Option is crack sealing of 30' x 300' and installing a 5'x50' curb. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this service is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business Size standard is $45 Million. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process described in FAR 15.101-2 will be used to evaluate proposals for the base plus option 1 and 2.
