Description: WIN 020421.10 Location: In Aroostook County, project is located in Van Buren on Route 1. Outline of Work: Fabricate and deliver precast concrete box culverts, and other incidental work. Questions ! received after 12:00 noon of Friday prior to bid date will not be answered. Bidders shall not contact any other Departmental staff for clarification of Contract provisions, and the Department will not be responsible for any | interpretations so obtained. TTY users call Maine Relay 711. There will be no bid bond, performance bond or payment bond required. Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided by the Department. This contract is subject to compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program requirements as set forth by the Maine Department of Transportation.
