Renovation of a municipal facility in Houlton, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
sealed bids will be received by Community/ Economic Development Office for the following work: Renovations to Trust Block (Also known as Mansor Block) Sealed Envelope shall contain a completed Contractor Bid Form (Section 00 41 13 of the Specifications) along with completed CDBG forms required to be considered a responsive Bidder (All forms are provided in Bid Documents) Bid documents may be examined on the Community/ Economic Development web site. The Town of Houlton and the Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as may best serve the interest of the Town of Houlton and the Owner. The project is funded in whole or in part with a CDBG and the award decision is based on the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder.
