Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Wells, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
For site improvements associated with their new athletic field facilities. The project includes all site work associated with the construction of a multi-purpose athletics field and all other works specified in the contract documents. Any questions concerning the project named above should be directed to Aaron Hunter, P.E., Sebago Technics, Inc. at ahunter@sebagotechnics.com (207-200-2099). Each proposal must be made upon blank forms provided in the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. In order to be considered eligible to bid on the project, contract documents must be obtained from Sebago Technics, Inc. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and Payment Surety Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. The base bid and alternates shall be based on the materials, methods, equipment, and products as specified and required for a complete project ready for owner acceptance including any and all associated work that is required to accomplish the project work. Question Deadline 01/29/2025 Contractors may submit questions via e-mail to Aaron Hunter, P.E. at ahunter@sebagotechnics.com, no later than ten (10) business days prior to bid deadline.
