Snow Removal Services - Two Year Term Wells Public Library. Snow removal and salting of all sidewalks, entrances and emergency exits must be cleared by 8:30 a.m. daily. Snow must be kept cleared after every 2" of accumulation of snow Work shall commence upon acceptance of the bid. Contract period will be for a two-year period from November 1, 2023 and ending April 30, 2025. The Town of Wells reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, to accept any bid or section(s) of the bid, and to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so. All bids will be opened publicly and bidders or their representatives may be present at the bid opening. The bids will be available for public inspection after opening, but abstracts will not be prepared for distribution by the Town.
