As of 6/15/2026 the bids came in over budget. Portland Water District is requesting bids for the County Road Water Main Replacement project. The work involves the installation of approximately 1,850 feet of new 14-inch HDPE water main using pipe bursting method, installation of six services, and related appurtenances. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Question Deadline 05/05/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
