The bidder is responsible for incorporating addenda into their Bid and referencing the number and date on Article 3 - Bidder's Representations of the Bid form. PWD will not post Bid Addenda any later than two (2) days prior to the bid opening without individually notifying all online. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after date of opening thereof.
