Award Date: 11/29/2025 All questions are due Monday, September 22, 2025, by 2:00 PM. Town of Windham is requesting sealed bids for replacement of existing twin CMP culverts with a concrete box culvert to convey McIntosh Brook under Falmouth Road in the vicinity of the East Windham Fire Station. Instream must be completed between July 15 and September 30, 2026, window. The project has undergone U.S. Army Corps of Engineer review under the Self-Verification Notification process. A USACE SVN for this project is included within this document. You must request bid documents from Gorrill Palmer to become registered as a potential bidder for this project. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Gorrill Palmer, an LJB Engineering Company, Inc. If shipping is requested, additional charges will apply. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered as the Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
