The Town is Looking to Procure Construction Services for the Installation of Sewer Line Connections From Each Property's Existing Plumbing Connection to the New Public Sewer Infrastructure. The Overall Schedule for This Work Will Extend Between July 2025 and Spring 2026, but a Significant Portion Will Need to Be Completed Between July 2025 and December 2025 in Order to Meet the Needs of the Overall Startup Schedule for the Wastewater Treatment Facility (Wwtf). Because of the Large Number of Connections (40-50 Individual Connections) That Will Need to Be Completed Over a Relatively Short Window of Time the Successful Contractor Will Need Sufficient Capacity to Schedule and Complete This Work in a Timely Manner. Most Services Will Consist of a Gravity Sewer Laterals From the Existing Property's Sewer Drain to the Existing Recently Installed Sewer Main Stub. However, Several May Be Low Pressure Sewer (Lps) Connections That Will Involve Installation of a Grinder Pump.
