The State of Maine, Department of Corrections and the Bureau of General Services, is soliciting the interest of demolition, concrete, masonry, steel and mise, metals, millwork, roofing, waterproofing and sealants, firestopping, doors frames and hardware, glass and glazing, drywall and framing, flooring, resinous flooring, painting, acoustic ceilings, specialties, signage, detention accessories, fire protection, plumbing/HVAC, electrical, and site work subcontractors for the Women's Medical and Mental Health Unit in Windham, Maine. The mental health addition and renovation of Building 7 consists of approximately 3600 sf of new construction and 1800 sf of renovated space. Construction is steel and masonry with the scope of work including divisions 02 through 33. 2024 at the Bureau of General Services.
