Winter Sand Bid 2024 Furnish the Town of Winterport With Up to Approximately 8,000 Yards of Winter Sand and to Mix the Sand With Salt Provided by the Town of Winterport at the Winterport Sand/salt Shed. The Price to Be for a Contract Period From September 4, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The Town Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities or Minor Defects or to Take Whatever Action the Town Feels is in the Best Interest of the Town. The Town Also Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid, if the Evidence Submitted by, or Investigation of Such Bidder Fails to Satisfy the Town That Such Bidder is Properly Qualified to Carry Out the Obligations of the Contract and to Complete the Work Contemplated Therein.
